Welcome to Cornerstone's 2025-2026 information page for prospective families!

Below you will find all the details regarding next year, including course descriptions, schedule, calendar, and application instructions.
Course descriptions include the classes we anticipate offering next year, but they are subject to change if a given class does not meet its minimum number of student enrollment. The schedule is tentative and will change if certain classes are dropped due to insufficient numbers.

How to Apply

CCG Application Process

1. Submit all forms required for the application process.

2. Attend a new family interview.

3. If accepted, submit class deposits. 

Registration for new families will begin at our open house on Tuesday, March 25th, between 6:30-8:00pm. You may drop in during that time; no RSVP is required. You will have the opportunity to meet some of our teachers and ask them questions about classes. We encourage you to submit an application that evening. If you need to bring your children with you to the open house, they are welcome, but if possible, you may prefer to leave them at home as that will allow you time to speak with teachers. The open house will take place in the fellowship hall at Calvary Christian Church, located at 14196 Ashland Road, Glen Allen, VA 23059. You will enter the building through the side door (facing Ashland Rd) at the bottom of the stairs.

If you plan to submit an application, you must include the following items. We will not process your application if something is missing.

  1. Completed 5-page New Family Application (may need additional sheets of the Student Information, page 5, if you are enrolling more than one child)
  2. Check payable to Cornerstone Community Group for registration payment
  3. Completed adult or youth waiver for every individual who will be on campus
  4. Completed Class Enrollment form for every student enrolling

Please note that we usually receive quite a few applications at the open house, and historically have stopped accepting them within a few days becuase we receive so many. Our number of families and students are limited by space constraints.

New Family Application
Please click on the button below to open and print out the New Family Application. We will not have copies available at the open house as we are trying to keep costs down. You will need to print out as many Student Information Sheets (the last page of the application) as students you plan to enroll in classes.

    Registration Fee
    Cost before June 1st: $100 per family for the first child, and additional $15 per child on campus to cover insurance and facility costs. June 1st or Later: $120 per family for the first child, and additional $15 per child on campus. This fee is nonrefundable beginning August 1st. 
    Registration payments may be made by check (payable to Cornerstone Community Group) or PayPal for an additional $5. If you would like to pay via PayPal, once you are accepted to CCG, you will receive an invoice from us, and you will have 48 hours to pay.

    Insurance Waivers
    Please click on the buttons below to open and print out the appropriate number of adult and youth insurance waivers for every person who will be on campus. Each person requires a separate sheet of paper. This includes any grandparent, friend, etc. who may bring your child(ren) to CCG during the year. The waivers are required to be completed by our insurance company.

    Class Enrollment
    Please click on the button below to open and print the Class Enrollment form. Each form can accomadate class requests for two children. You need to list the classes in which you would like to enroll your child(ren). The Class Enrollment form indicates your desired classes, but official class enrollment will only occur after all your registration paperwork and registration payment have been received, you have had a new family interview, and your references have been checked. Furthrmore, acceptance to CCG does not automatically mean that your child(ren) will be enrolled into all your desired classes. The class enrollment form is critical to our decisions when accepting new families. Many times our decisions are based solely upon whether the classes you desire have openings. Class enrollments are not finalized, and your child's place in the class is not guaranteed, until deposit checks have been received.

    New Family Interview
    New family interviews will be scheduled for either Thursday, April 3rd, Tuesday, April 8th, or Thursday, April 10th.. You will be scheduled for a brief period of time (approximately 20 minutes) to meet with board members and then may receive a tour of the building if you desire. Children are strongly encouraged to attend the interview. Spouses are welcome, but it is not required, as we understand it may be difficult to take time off work.
