Other Important Info

  • The thought of homeschooling through high school can be daunting, especially when thinking about transcripts and college applications. The High School Symposium is primarily intended for parents of middle and early high school students. The middle school years are the best time to attend to begin feeling prepared and to understand the process and expecations. However, it's never too early or too late, so feel free to join us no matter what season of homeschooling you are in!
  • This event is meant for parents and educators only. No children other than nursing babies. No childcare will be provided.
  • The Homeschooling High School Symposium is being hosted by Cornerstone Community Group, a homeschool co-op in Hanover County. Our only goal with this event is to be a blessing to local homeschoolers by helping to equip them to confidently navigate the high school years.
  • Lunch choices inlude a classic ham sandwich, chicken salad sandwich, or a gluten-friendly salad from Honey Baked Ham.
  • Registration deadline to receive lunch is 1/10/26. Online registrations after 1/10 and walk-in registrations the day of the event are welcome, but no lunch will be included.
