Please read over the following carefully. Membership in CCG requires your agreement with the following policies and expectations. Your name on the registration form serves as your digital signature and is binding.
CCG Registration Fees:
I understand that the registration form and fee is for participation in CCG only and I also must enroll (and pay tutiton to teachers) for each class in which I would like my child(ren) to participate. I also understand that after the stated deadlines my fees are nonrefundable.
Class Fees:
I understand that each teacher will charge and collect their own fees for their classes and all payments are to be made directly to them and are due no later than the tuition payment dates. There are no tuition refunds if my family drops a class or leaves CCG mid-year; I understand that all unpaid quarterly payments are still due, and I agree that I will pay teachers in full.
Family Handbook:
I understand that I am responsible to know and follow the Family Handbook. I will also ensure that my child(ren) are aware of and will follow the rules and expectations of Cornerstone Community Group. I understand that admission to CCG is a privilege, not a right, and that not adhering to CCG's standards in the Family Handbook, in this policy agreement, or shared via BAND/email could result in the loss of that privilege. I understand that the CCG Board reserves the right to remove any family from CCG for any reason they deem necessary.
BAND App and Email Usage:
I understand that all CCG information will be relayed to the group primarily through the BAND app and occasionally by email. I understand it is my responsibility to regularly check BAND and my email for information and updates regarding our group. I agree that I will respond when requested to do so.
Cleaning Responsibilities:
I understand that my family is required to pay the cleaning fee for the year AND to clean up after myself and my child(ren) each week in the fellowship hall, nursery, classrooms, teen room, and all other areas of the church, both indoor and outdoor. I understand that eating may only occur in the fellowship hall and there is no eating in the nursery or teen room. I understand that I may not leave items on the counter in the fellowship hall.
Volunteering:
I understand that I am required to volunteer in some capacity on a regular/weekly basis. I agree to sign up on BAND, show up for my volunteer duty, and find a substitute when I am unable to fulfill my responsiblity. I understand that if I do not meet these requirements, volunteering hours will be assigned to my with no choice of time.
Supervision of Children:
I understand that CCG is not a drop-off facilty and I must supervise my child(ren) at all times. Therefore, I agree that I will not drop my child(ren) at the church and leave or allow them to wander the building or the grounds unsupervised.
Homeschool Law:
I attest that I am home educating my children in accordance with VA state law.
I have read and will abide by the Statment of Faith, Mission Statement, and the Philosophy of Education in the CCG Family Handbook, and I agree that I will respect and follow all CCG rules and policies. (1 required) |
